The is our Holiday favorite and Slow Good. We start with a layer of Chocolate Ganache and sprinkle in chopped pecans. Then we add a layer of our Chocolate Truffle Silk. Once the Silk is set, we pour over a layer of fresh caramel, and sprinkle in more chopped pecans. We garnish, with fresh whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate and caramel.
